For long men have held a significant influence in Indian real estate. But now, the current era is evolving. Women work in the real estate industry today and are also a critical factor in its expansion. From multinational real estate development corporations to property consultants, channel partners, and brokers, women are pushing the Indian real estate sector to new heights. They now plan, build properties, and make decisions as purchasers and brokers. They are more tolerant, approachable, and empathic than their male counterparts. Support from the Government Gender diversity is actively promoted by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) organizations. Changes in GST and laws have created a professional environment and increased the participation of women in the sector.
