Whistleblower Policy

We at Goel Ganga Developments value transparent and ethical dealing at the highest levels, encouraging direct and clear communication with all our stakeholders. In this view, we are glad to share our whistle-blower policy with all stakeholders.

The Whistleblower Policy of Goel Ganga Developments is established to provide a mechanism for employees, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders to report any unethical, illegal, or improper activities or concerns within the Company. This policy aims to encourage the reporting of actual or suspected wrongdoings in a confidential and responsible manner.

This policy applies to all employees, vendors, suppliers, customers, and any other stakeholders associated with the company.

Any concerns or complaints related to unethical, illegal, or improper activities should be reported in writing or via email to the designated Whistleblower Reporting Officer (WRO). The WRO’s contact information is mentioned below.

The report should provide as much detail as possible about the incident, including names, dates, locations, and any supporting evidence or witnesses.

The Company strictly prohibits any form of retaliatory action against the whistleblower, and any personnel found engaging in such behaviour will be subject to disciplinary action.

In exceptional cases, where the whistleblower fears reprisal or believes that disclosing their identity may compromise their safety, anonymous reporting may be allowed. However, genuine concerns may be difficult to address without sufficient information. Therefore, anonymous complaints may be considered at the discretion of the WRO.

The WRO shall conduct a thorough investigation upon receiving a whistleblower complaint and may seek assistance from relevant departments, committees, or external experts as required.

The investigation process shall be impartial, confidential, and ensure protection of the whistleblower’ss identity, to the maximum extent possible.

The WRO shall provide regular updates on the progress of the investigation to the whistleblower, unless it may compromise the investigation or the anonymity of the whistleblower.

Once the investigation is complete, appropriate actions shall be taken, including disciplinary actions against the individuals found to be involved in any wrongdoing.

Making false accusations or providing false information as a whistleblower is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including termination.

The identity of the whistleblower shall be treated with utmost confidentiality and revealed only to those involved in the investigation.

The Company shall take appropriate steps to protect the whistleblower from any form of retaliation, discrimination, harassment, or adverse actions resulting from the reporting of concerns in good faith.
