Although there is no particular requirement of a degree, courses in real estate management, civil engineering, architecture, or urban planning can benefit the aspirants. Other important capabilities are those of market research, property assessment, and effective communication while general understanding of property legislation and technology such as VR, Big Data, Blockchain, and so on.
Also, it is very important to build connections through organisations such as CREDAI or NAREDCO, attending conferences, and joining student organisations. Practical exposure gained through internships or junior professional positions helps in grasping how the industry operates.
Although at the beginning the earnings are not consistent, would be ready to face long hours and struggle, but real estate as a career is worth all the hard work, presence of mind, and consistent quest toward learning, making it a career near the top of the list for aspiring candidates.
