Why should NRIs consider investing in immovable property in India?

NRIs think affording homes in India is unique. Market analysts claim that the advantage for NRIs investing in real property in India is that they face no legal requirements.

Mr. Subhash Goel, MD of Goel Ganga Developments, says, “Indian banking policies are friendly to NRIs engaging in real estate. Leading financial companies offer loans, subject to a few restrictions. Finance is available for acquiring land, building, remodeling, or purchasing a residential or commercial property. NRIs can invest in any immovable property across the country except agricultural land, plantation property, and a farmhouse.”

Real estate investments are more alluring due to a growing economy, rising disposable incomes, and declining interest rates.
