India’s suburb-thriving markets have recorded all-time highs as urban real estate prices skyrocket. According to Gunjan Goel, Director at Goel Ganga Development, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region is a major player, with emerging hot spots including Thane, Navi Mumbai, Vartak Nagar, and Dombivali. Prices in Vartak Nagar have gone up from ₹15,000 to ₹17,500 per sq. ft., leaving the Thane average of ₹13,165 far behind. So, too, has Dombivali seen a rise in prices from ₹6,800 to ₹7,300, giving it so much cost value

Entry-level buyers of homes are heading off to Taloja, where the price stands at ₹6,500 per sq. ft. – a promising entry for new home seekers. Thane has also raised market price by 14 percent in a year: indication of suburban potential.

The suburbs across various parts of Hyderabad, including Medchal Highway and Miyapur, are picking up speed and offering an excellent standard of living, an affordable price point, and long-term profit opportunities as the country makes a transition to a suburban lifestyle.
